WHAT TO EXPECT

We will work together at your pace on the areas of your life you would like to improve using various Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques (NLP). NLP is used by successful people to train their brain in the most effective way to unlock potential, overcome challenges and limiting beliefs and to achieve goals. Some of the goals NLP can help with include losing weight, overcoming anxiety relating to interviews, exams or presentations, dealing with work, family-related or personal stress and generating self-confidence. 

 

Duration of Sessions

This is a unique process based on each individuals’ needs and as such the number of sessions will vary from person to person. Having said that, most situations can be handled within 1-3 sessions.

From our first meeting, in all coaching and mediation cases, I am focused on making sure we work to achieve your goals in a timely manner. All sessions are carried out in complete confidentiality. 

 

Qualifications and Experience

I am a fully accredited member of the International Association of Mind Coaches and have been trained to the highest standards by the Irish Institute of Neuro Linguistic Programming. I have a sincere approach, which is highly effective as I ‘say it how it is’. I will collaborate with you in a direct, calm, emotionally intelligent manner. I will empower you to achieve your goals using good intuition and a sense of humour while being respectful of your space.

Qualifications:  Diploma in Mind Coaching (IINLP)/NLP Master Practitioner (IINLP)

 

Appointments

A typical session takes 1 to 2 hours.
